Founded by a former division I college athlete, P. O. W. E. R. Academic Strength and Conditioning exists to provide remediation, intervention, and enrichment to learners working to meet and exceed educational milestones.

The practice makes perfect approach can be translated from sports to academics. “Don’t practice until you get it right. Practice until you can’t get it wrong.”

Our mission is to equip learners with the individualized academic resources necessary to increase their intellectual capacity and critical thinking skills.

We understand the demands placed on teachers in schools today. We also understand that the pace in the classroom environment might not always align with the pace at which your child learns. At P.O.W.E.R., we instruct learners where they are and help them navigate to where they want to be. 

Using pretests, an interest profiler, and relationship building, we create a strategic plan to best serve your child.

If your child requires remediation, we work diligently to close the gaps, clear up misconceptions, and get them back on track. If your child requires intervention, we assess where the disconnect is occurring, and we use strategies to best aid improvement. If your child requires enrichment, we stretch them to meet their full potential. We offer activities that are challenging, but not overwhelming. We continue to build upon the solid foundation they have built thus far.

With every learner, every step of the way, we are methodical in our work. In education, there is no endpoint. We set goals, work toward them, achieve them, and repeat! We will celebrate each milestone and continue the course. It's a process. Trust the process.
